My approach to improving Athletic Performance is to maximize athletic potential while simultaneously reducing injury risk. The best athletes in the world train to be at their best when it matters most. My training philosophy will mix strength training along with speed and agility training, giving young athletes the most well rounded training available. After over a decade in high school and collegiate weight rooms, I bring a experience and education together to safely and effectively improve athletic performance and reducing injury risk.

Speed and Agility

Kids don't play anymore. Our training program covers the basics like running mechanics, sprint technique, and how to stop. We also focus on jumping, hopping, skipping, and more to improve overall speed and agility while also reducing injury risk associated with overuse injuries.

Strength and Power

After spending nearly 15 years in weight rooms, I've come to learn that consistency wins.  ​ Youth and Teen Athlete Strength Training Programs are designed for long term progression that is safe, fun, and challenging. Many exercises we routinely use are the foundation for strength training in middle school, high school and college level.  ​ We focus on fundamental movement quality, including body control and coordination, that will immediately transfer to your sport. Young athletes are not mini adults, and our training program helps young athletes train better now so they can perform better later.

  • Weekly Conditioning Program

  • ​Nutrition Guidance and Coaching
