This program is designed to give youth athletes a fun and safe atmosphere to supplement athletic development. Our focus is on proper movement patterns, injury prevention, and nutrition strategies to have your young athlete playing better than ever. 

Early sport specialization can limit the development of a youth athlete. The same movements and muscles are used continuously which can lead to overuse injuries. There is a lot of new research showing multi sport athletes develop at a superior rate because they are exposed to more athletic movement patterns. The Youth Performance Group exposes young athletes to a variety of movements while continuously focusing on lifts such as:

Clean and Snatch Variations

Jerk

Squat

Dead Lift

Press Variations

Pull Variations

                     Saturdays @11am-Noon

STARTING IN APRIL: TUESDAY @6:30-7:30 PM

Openings will be limited to first come - first serve basis. My goal is not to fit in as many kids as possible. Groups will be limited to 10 participants to give the most attention to each participant. This will allow personal coaching every time.
